Behind the name of "True Colors"

Some days ago, when I registered to make a new blog, I was staring at my desktop for so long. I was stucked in naming my blog.

Gee, I am so bad in making any name !!

Well, related to my last post which is about consistency and faithfulness, I committed to use this blog as my last blog and always remember the password (thanks to the inventor of computer and software so that the computer can remember the password by itself :p).
I also committed to write seriously in this blog so I don't want to give my blog random name, usual name, unmeaningful name, etc (I have a lot of requirements for my blog's name but in fact, I can not make any name, ckck :p).

10 minutes...20 minutes..50 minutes..1 hour..2  hours..
I was still staring at my desktop with sometimes opening my facebook and searching words in my dictionary. Who knows! I would find any idea or impressive words to be put as my blog's name. Unfortunately after searching for thousands seconds, I found no idea.

Then, suddenly, I saw one book in my shelf. The book was quite thick with the cover of a beautiful woman and colorful background. The author of the book, who was the model on the cover, was Maqdalene Kawotjo. The book was about the reflection of Maq's experiences in serving and following Jesus as His servant (FYI, Maqdalene Kawotjo is a Reverend in Indonesia.) I was so blessed in reading that book. Suddenly, I got my purpose in writing in my blog, which was to be a blessing to others or the readers. Then, I finally took the title of the book - True Colors-.

For those who want to know more about Maqdalene Kawotjo and her ministry, you can open her website at www.maqdalene.net

" ... : but contrariwise blessing; knowing that ye are thereunto called, that ye should inherit a blessing. " (1 Peter 3:9b -KJV-)

Don't forget your "keys" !!

hello,hai,horas (Bataknese greeting),,

Thanks God! I finally can have a blog (ffiiuuhhhh)
To be honest, I have made some blogs before but I used them only for fun without any purpose. The worst thing is I always forget my blog's 'key'!! I couldn't come in to my blog !! If I wanted to write on my blog, I couldn't!!

One day, I was reading about concistency and faithfulness. I thought that my behaviour in forgetting my "keys" were also a kind of unconsistency and unfaithfulness.
The result was I don't have any media to share my desire to write my ideas and my thought. The other result was I give up to make another blog to fulfill my desire, instead of thinking my old blog's password hardly.

Talking about consistency and faithfulness. In this modern era, both "creatures" seem to fade away (or have gone?). Either the small things and the big ones. The small things which most people think is "saying",for instance. Once, we can say A but at the other times we can say V or even Z, which is too far!! hehe. First, we can say Yes but at the other times, we can say Nehi (Indian word to say 'No').

If we can not consistent with what we have said, how about the bigger thing such as Marriage? Watch the news on the television, read the news in the newspaper, go and observe the court, then you'll find a lot of couple who are getting divorce. Having a crush is not a taboo in the society these time, but it has been a trend style.

Many small things that we ignore can make some big results.

" He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much. " (Luke 16: 10) -KJV-
